Logan Goodman
A Long Island native, Logan Goodman founded Tri-State Performance Group to give young players the elite summer hockey experience he wished he had growing up. He won a 16U Tier 1 National Championship with the Long Island Gulls, played in the NAHL, and currently competes in the NCDC. Logan brings high-level playing experience and a passion for helping athletes improve their skills, hockey IQ, and confidence on and off the ice.
Michael Sciabarra
Michael brings high-level playing experience and a modern developmental perspective to Tri-State Performance Group. Before juniors, he starred with the Westchester Express AAA program before advancing to Tier II junior hockey with the NAHL and South Shore Kings of the NCDC.
Daniel Kelly
A tri-state area native, Daniel starred for elite programs including the New Jersey Rockets, Seton Hall Prep, Don Bosco Prep, and the New York Dynamo. He recorded 91 points at 15U and 90 points at 16U, earned Beast League and NE Pack championships, reached the USA Hockey National Semifinals, and later earned an NCDC tender.
Jack Goodman
A former NCAA defenseman, Jack played four years of collegiate hockey at Stevenson University and Nichols College. He earned his MBA from Nichols and was recognized as an AHCA Krampade All-American Scholar. Jack has also worked as a scout for the Canmore Eagles and Neutral Zone, gaining valuable insight into junior hockey evaluation and player development.
Caden Villegas
A former NCAA Division I and professional hockey player, Caden played four seasons at Union College, recording 80 points in 139 games and serving as an alternate captain. He later advanced to the ECHL and overseas, and currently plays professionally with the Swindon Wildcats in England.
Dylan Raben
A Manhattan native, Dylan developed his game throughout New York and New Jersey before joining the New Jersey Rockets and later competing with the Westchester Express and NY Dynamo. He earned an NCDC tender and currently plays for the NY Dynamo NCDC.
Jack Harney
A Needham native, Jack spent his youth career with the Boston Jr. Eagles, winning five state championships and competing nationally at every eligible level. He went on to play at St. Sebastian's School before being selected second overall by the Danbury Hat Tricks of the NAHL. He currently plays with the South Shore Kings NCDC.
Ryan Geiger
A Bedford, New York native, Ryan brings a creative and media-driven perspective to Tri-State Performance Group. He is a graduate of Union College's Creative Media program and has worked as Director of Creative Media for Union College Hockey. Ryan specializes in digital storytelling, photography, video production, and short-form content.
Chase Hennessey
Chase is a goaltender and goalie coach with experience across highly competitive levels of hockey. He won a 16U National Championship with the Long Island Gulls before playing his final AAA season at South Kent School. He has since competed in the NA3HL, NAHL, and EHL, bringing a detail-oriented approach to goalie development.
