Logan Goodman

Founder

Coach Goodman, a native of Long Island, New York, founded Tri-State Performance Group to give young players what he never had as a kid—an elite summer hockey experience where they can have fun and level up. He won a 16U Tier 1 National Championship with the Long Island Gulls, played in the NAHL, and currently competes in the NCDC. Coach Goodman brings high-level playing experience and a passion for helping athletes improve their skills, hockey IQ, and confidence on and off the ice.

Daniel Kelly

Co-Founder

Daniel Kelly brings a strong playing background and a passion for player development to Tri-State Performance Group. A tri-state area native, he starred for elite programs including the New Jersey Rockets, recording 91 points at 15U and 90 points at 16U while earning Beast League and NE Pack championships and reaching the USA Hockey National Semifinals. He later played for Seton Hall Prep, Don Bosco Prep, and the New York Dynamo, earning an NCDC tender. Daniel adds coaching experience from TSPG, the Jersey Tropics, and Twin Oaks Summer Camp, and currently attends Providence College.

Michael Sciabarra

Co-Founder

At just 20 years old, Michael Sciabarra brings high-level playing experience and a modern developmental perspective to Tri-State Performance Group. Before juniors, he was a standout with the Westchester Express AAA program, an elite organization whose alumni include Charlie McAvoy, John Hayden, and Steve Santini. He advanced to Tier II junior hockey, competing in the NAHL and with the South Shore Kings (NCDC). Michael’s experience in demanding competitive environments, combined with his ability to relate to young athletes, allows him to effectively support skill development, hockey IQ, and overall performance.

Caden Villegas

Coach 

Caden Villegas is a former NCAA Division I and professional hockey player with experience at the highest levels of the game. He played four seasons at Union College, recording 80 points in 139 games and serving as an alternate captain before advancing to the professional ranks in the ECHL and overseas. He currently plays professionally in England with the Swindon Wildcats. During the offseason, Caden leads skill sessions in Upstate New York, working with players from youth through pro. His coaching emphasizes skating efficiency, puck skills, hockey IQ, and game-ready habits within a player-first, development-driven environment.

Jack Harney

Coach

Jack Harney brings a high-level playing background and deep familiarity with the Massachusetts hockey landscape to Tri-State Performance Group. A Needham native, he spent his entire youth career with the Boston Jr. Eagles (2005), winning five state championships and competing nationally at every eligible level. He continued at St. Sebastian’s School as a four-year NEPSAC player, winning an ISL Championship and competing in the NEPSAC Elite 8. Jack was later selected second overall by the Danbury Hat Tricks (NAHL) and currently plays with the South Shore Kings (NCDC). As a coach, he brings a two-way mindset, strong hockey IQ, and an approachable, development-first approach.

Dylan Raben

Coach

Dylan Raben brings a diverse tri-state playing background and a strong development-first mindset to Tri-State Performance Group. A Manhattan native, he developed his game across New York and New Jersey, taking a major step at 15 by leaving home to play for the New Jersey Rockets. He later competed at the 18U level with the Westchester Express and NY Dynamo, earning an NCDC tender through his consistency and work ethic. Dylan currently plays for the NY Dynamo NCDC and brings firsthand experience navigating the junior hockey path, helping players build skill, confidence, and hockey IQ as they prepare for the next level.

Chase Hennessey

Founder

Chase Hennessy is a 20-year-old goaltender and goalie coach with experience at highly competitive levels of hockey. He won a 16U National Championship with the Long Island Gulls during his AAA career before completing his final AAA season at South Kent School in Connecticut. Over the past two seasons, Chase has competed in junior hockey across the NA3HL, NAHL, and EHL. His background in high-pressure environments has shaped a detail-oriented, player-first approach to goalie development, allowing him to effectively support goalies and skaters as they build technique, confidence, and game awareness.

Ryan Geiger

Sports Information Director

A Bedford, New York native, Ryan Geiger grew up playing hockey across the tri-state area and brings a creative, media-driven perspective to Tri-State Performance Group. He is a senior at Union College, graduating in 2026 with a B.A. in Creative Media and a Film minor. At Union, Ryan works full time as Director of Creative Media for Union College Hockey, overseeing all digital and print creative production for the NCAA Division I programs. He has filmed players at every level of the game and specializes in short-form digital content, particularly within ice hockey.
